Delivery Policy

We deliver fresh and live seafood ourselves — no third-party couriers — across Toronto and the GTA, packed cold and driven the same day where we can.

Where we deliver

Same-day across the City of Toronto (postal codes beginning with M): downtown, North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, York and East York. Next-day across much of the wider GTA (Vaughan, Markham, Mississauga, Richmond Hill and nearby). Not sure? Enter your postal code on our home page or message us and we’ll confirm.

Cutoff & delivery windows

• Order by 2:00 PM for same-day delivery in Toronto, seven days a week. Orders after the cutoff go on the next available run.
• Delivery arrives in a 2-hour window you choose at checkout. We message you when we’re packed and on the way.

Fees

• Toronto, same-day: [$9.00].
• Orders over [$150]: free delivery.
• Outer GTA, next-day: [$14.00].
• Cold-chain packing is always included.

Cold chain & receiving

• Everything is packed live or fresh in insulated, gel-iced boxes and kept cold to your door.
• Someone must be available to receive perishable food during your window. Please refrigerate it right away.
• If no one is available and we can’t reach you, we can’t leave seafood unattended safely. An undeliverable perishable order may not be refundable (see the Refund Policy). You may leave written instructions to drop at your door, but the risk then passes to you on delivery.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your address and buzzer/unit number. Re-deliveries caused by an incorrect address may incur another delivery fee.
